Amherst A Better Chance Gala Event

The Officers and Directors of The Amherst Committee For A Better Chance thank you for attending the gala in celebration of its Fortieth Anniversary on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 6-10 p.m., at the Marriott Center, the University of Massachusetts, Amherst MA.

Honorary Co-chairs include Governor Deval Patrick, State Representatives John W. Olver and Ellen Story, and Senator Stanley Rosenberg. In addition Mr. Ralph Hexter, President of Hampshire College and Mr. Anthony Marx, President of Amherst College, and UMass Amherst Chancellor Mr. Robert Holub will be Honorary Co-chairs. Amherst Town Manager, Laurence Shaffer, is also an Honorary Co-chair.
